Dioxin animal feed scare shuts German farms
After huge levels of animal feed were discovered to be tainted with dioxin (poisonous chemical) more than 4,700 German farms have been closed.Officials persist the levels of dioxin don’t pretence a peril to humans, and that the conclusions are only a safety measure.

The majority of the infected farms are pig farms in Germany's Lower Saxony area.Meanwhile, the European Union has advised that eggs from farms exaggerated by dioxin have pierced the United Kingdom in processed items destined for human food.

The eggs have been sent to the Holland for processing and then to the United Kingdom where they had been probably to be ordained for use in the production of an assortment of food items including pastries and mayonnaise.

The dioxin fright has encouraged South Korea to block imports of German poultry and pork items from reaching customers as a result of health issues, local media reported on Friday.
