Digital cinema deployment player Scrabble Entertainment has recently declared its strategy to go global by expanding in to the Middle East markets. The organization has installed 220 screens over 23 cities in India and intends for an additional 250 screens by upcoming year. It'll now expand into the Middle East markets. The organization will install over 400 screens in the area in upcoming two years.

To assist the expansion in this area, Scrabble has recently made digital cinema deployment contracts with 5 important Hollywood studios, like 20th Century Fox International, Walt, Paramount Images International, Disney Studios Motion Pictures International, Universal Images International, Warner Bros Photos and Universal Images International.

This will start in the year 2011 and could cover the UAE, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Syria and Jordon. Scrabble is going to be the 1st deployment unit in the Middle East area that shares same characteristics to the Indian exaggerated market.
