Bank risk management and small and medium enterprises (SME) financial have emerged, post crisis, as areas of immense significance as well as interest to banks in the Mena area, BIBF stated. The current financial crisis makes the region's banks realise the significance of having effective risk structures in place, it added.
Also, commercial banking institutions in the region tend to be progressively focusing on SME banking, as it retains a lot promise along with helping the reason for national as well as regional priorities in conditioning the SME field for environmentally friendly economic development. "We are very happy to have signed this contract with a main international financial institution, that reinforces BIBF's commitment to create the financial sector both locally as well as regionally," said Centre for banking head Dr. S.P.
